Copies can be added to your reservation and are available in our Gift Shop. We are also happy to ship anywhere in the United States.

Signature Pineapple Pudding
A Guest Favorite!
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- dash of salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 slices of white bread (crust removed and cubed)
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and let cool. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Next, add sugar, milk, and salt, and then the pineapple and butter. Add cubed bread and mix until well coated. Pour mixture into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
