Breakfast at Tiffany Hill: Experience the Dream features many of our guest favorite recipes along with a collection of photos of Tiffany Hill. Copies are available in our Gift Shop and we are happy to ship anywhere in the United States. 


Signature Pineapple Pudding:

1 stick butter
3 eggs
dash of salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
8 slices of white bread (crust removed and cubed)

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and let cool. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Next, add sugar, milk, and salt, and then the pineapple and butter. Add cubed bread and mix until well coated. Pour mixture into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
